Meet Emma. Emma is six years old. She loves unicorns, glitter, and telling silly jokes. But when Emma was admitted to the hospital for treatment, her sparkle started to fade.
The beeping machines, the white walls, the long, lonely nights... They all chipped away at her bright spirit. Her parents told us: “It broke our hearts to see her lose her smile." Until one day—something changed. A volunteer walked into Emma’s room carrying a colorful bedsheet, covered in rainbows and unicorns, and a handwritten note that simply said: "Emma, you are brave, you are strong, and we believe in you." The moment she saw it… Emma’s whole face lit up. She wrapped herself up in the colorful sheet, hugged the note to her chest, and for the first time in days— Emma smiled. Not a small smile.
